About  "Building a home for you" project

The main concept which we use is doing 'on demand' projects for 'known customers'. In this way our customers get the property of their dreams without losing time, money and patience, and with minimum personal engagement. We offer our clients houses or flats on existing land (owned by the client) or from the beginning - going through all the necessary parts: analysis of market offerings, buying land, acquiring building licences, designing, building and moving in. Members of the Dom Invest team are experienced professionals who are have completed a series of successful construction projects and worked in management positions. In terms of quality and efficiency of our overall services we rely on the experience, capacity and quality of our selected suppliers and subcontractors with whom we have long-standing successful partnership.

Our workflow
  • We get to know the client, his wishes, preferences, dilemmas. After analysis of given information, together with the client we define possible solutions (house or flat, size, location...)
  • When appropriate, we connect clients with similar expectations and desires in a joint project (if there is interest)
  • We analyze the market for potential free construction land, check the property and building requirements, negotiate the purchase price and present the best option to the investor
  • We solve all the administrative tasks related to public administration, providers community services, notary and legal services
  • We plan and design your home according to your wishes with expert advice throughout all stages up to the valid building permit
  • We build your house with selected quality of materials and equipment you have picked
  • Provide high quality together with highly competitive prices for both construction works and materials
  • Protect you from unqualified and incompetent contractors
  • We give multi-year warranty on all our work and materials
